BUSINESS MODEL

Our business model is designed to empower SMME’s as well as develop people. To this end we typically sub-contract 50% of our work to sub-contractors. Central to this sub-contracting is our enterprise development program which supports and grows our SMME’s. We also have a comprehensive skills development program which is targeted at skills needed for our industry.

We have targeted “Road Maintenance” as roads constantly need to be maintained throughout their lifespan. This gives us ongoing work.

We have a well embedded infrastructure and are able to establish and mobilise “sites” throughout South Africa efficiently.

CURRENT PROJECTS 

We currently have 21 projects countrywide. We tender on an ongoing basis and have an excellent team. We currently have 19 tenders awaiting adjudication and award. Our track record indicates that we will get our fair portion of these.

EXPANSION

We have recently set up a Road Paving division and made substantial investment in equipment. We have secured substantial contracts for this division.
